Within our team are Costa Rican experts that survey and assess real estate to determine the potential to provide a self-sustaining environment, plan access roads, utilities and planting. We incorporate the client's vision to form a plan by which this can be achieved. This forms the criteria from which the designs are generated.

Conceptual Development

Combining your vision with our knowledge, the process begins with sketches and diagrams that illustrate visual themes and alternatives for an overall plan from which a final design will be developed.

Design and specification

Concepts are then revised to form a final design with working drawings, details and specifitacions from which the plan can be realized. At this point we contact appropiate sources for fabrication and materials.

Full Scale Constrution/Project management

Our objetive s insure quality in all details. We source the finest Costa Rican craftspeople to insure quality materials and the best possible results. After obtaining all required permits we supervise the site preparation and construction in Costa Rica.
