Our services can vary as widely as the topographies and climates of Costa Rica. No two properties are exactly alike, any more than are their owners' dreams for them. In order to accurately estimate the cost of our service for your particular real estate investment we have broken the information gathering into three sections: Your Name & Address, Describe Your Property, and Choose Your Services.

If you have simple needs that can be described by the questions in the Describe Your Property and Choose Your Services sections, then we will forward the infor to Mr. Barrantes and he will email you a maximum cost estimate directly from the information gathered there. However, feel free to answer the questions generally and follow up with a telephone call to the Land Assurance offices to discuss items not listed or special projects that you require or desire. To get a general idea of how much Mr. Barrantes charges for different types of projects and how we provide feedback to you after providing a service, see the section in the menu titled, "Examples of Clients & Pricing".

As soon as Mr. Barrantes has gathered the information we need to figure out the most effective and cost-efficient ways that his management company may be able to help you, he will put together a maximum cost estimate and get it back to you via email asap. Upon acceptance, you will be asked to wire a retainer to the bank account of Mr. Barrantes' company.

In the case of bank wires and bank checks, he must receive payment prior to beginning work.
