Troubleshooting & Emergency Services

Sometimes a landowner just wants a single thing done, maybe even on a one-time only basis. One example would be when the hurricane, Cesar, hit the southern Pacific coast in the summer of 1996. A lot of people needed Mr. Barrantes to go check out their property, just that once, even though they were not already clients. There may also be times when current clients need something special done for them.

Road-building

Mr. Barrantes can hire the contractor, map the route, and supervise the construction of a new road onto your property. In the process, we'll see that everything gets done to your precise specification.

Fence & Sign Posting

You may want to consider having Mr. Barrantes' company repair or beef up the fence around your land, and post "no hunting/tresspassing"- type signs at regular intervals to keep out poachers and other undesirables. We find that good fences and signs like these help a great deal when there is no one around all the time to deter trespassers. In addition, a fence provides a legal boundary that has teeth in the Costa Rican judicial system.

Medicinal Plant/Orchard Projects

Land Assurance will plant the medicinal or fruit-bearing species of your choice on your property, in commercial or personal quantities, depending upon the time of year and the climate in your locale.
