Property Name: Vistacito de Damas

Region: So/Cent Pac. Coast, Southern & Central Pacific Coast between Puntarenas and Golfito/Osa Peninsula
City/Town: Damas
Short Description: This beautiful creek-side property has lush vegetation, lots of wild animals (we often see the endangered Titi monkeys here), easy access, electric, water, and is only a 20 minute drive from Quepos. It also has a peak view of the ocean which would be quite nice from a second story of a house.
Property Size: 1 Hectares (2.47 acres)
Asking Price: $60,000.00
Full Description: Vistacito de Damas is north of Quepos in the area known as Damas. It has a nice year round creek with a little peak ocean view. There is also a waterfall on the adjoining property at the south west corner of this property. There is a public road bordering the south side of the property that gives perfect and fast access to the Costanera (Coastal Highway) and an easement road that borders the bottom of the property giving great access to that side as well.

The property is covered with secondary forest that is probably about 30 years old. The trees are big and beautiful and the temperature is generally cool in the shade. The property is hilly with two nice hilltops that would provide nice spots for a house. The higher of the two house sites has the peak view of the ocean.

The electric runs right along the public road, the creek supplies all the irrigation type water you would need and the public water runs along the road for your drinking water.

There are three nearby beaches. To the south in about 35 minutes you can reach Manuel Antonio National Park. This is known as one of the finest beaches in Costa Rica. Then there is Isla Damas that is just about 15 minutes from the farm. I’ve never been to this beach so cannot comment on its accessibility or beauty. To the north in about 40 minutes, there is Playa Palo Seco, which is a very private beach that has great surfing. Another 20 minutes north of Palo Seco is Esterillos which is a world class surfing beach.

Ocean view
The trees need a trimming and the view is small, but there is a definite but small view of the ocean from here.
